So what is it? Here's how FastLane works in five simple steps:

Step 1: Find and select your vehicle at www.mikealbertcars.com.

Step 2: Select "Build My Deal" next to the vehicle of your choice. You'll need your contact and payment information, as well as details on any trade-in vehicle.

Step 3: Enter your contact information to begin the process. You'll be asked to select a payment system, share details on any trade-in vehicle, and complete a credit application.

Step 4: The system will clarify your appointment, final documents, and delivery time to ensure paperwork is complete and inform you when to expect your new vehicle!

Step 5: Review and complete your purchase. Congratulations on your new vehicle!


Can I test drive the vehicle once it's delivered?
Once vehicles have been delivered, the purchase is considered final and past the point of a test drive. However, test drives are available prior to delivery. Simply select "Schedule Test Drive" next to the vehicle of your choice to set up a time to visit our dealership for a test drive!

What if there is a concern with my vehicle when it arrives?Your vehicle should be brought to you exactly as described. If there are any changes to your vehicle that occurred during delivery, please give us a call immediately and we will work with you and your driver to resolve them.

What if I have a problem with my vehicle after the driver leaves?
If you notice a concern to your vehicle after your driver has left, please give us a call and we will work with you to resolve it.

What if something is missing from my order? 
If you notice something is missing from your vehicle order after your driver has left, please give us a call and we will work with you to resolve it.

Where can my vehicle be delivered?
Vehicle delivery is available in the Greater Cincinnati area.

Do I have to be present to receive my vehicle or can I have someone else receive it?
The purchaser of the vehicle must be present in order to receive the vehicle. The signature of the purchaser will be required to complete final paperwork and process the purchase upon delivery. This is required for our driver to leave the vehicle with you. 

How much does vehicle delivery cost?
Vehicle delivery varies depending upon your purchase. Cost is calculated during the only purchase process. Please give us a call with any concerns.
