
Since this is cherry month, and cherries make some of the tastiest desserts, we thought we'd share a couple of our favorite cherry dessert recipes that you can make right at home.
CHERRY CHEESECAKE RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
- 1 9-inch graham cracker crust
- 1 8-ounce package of cream cheese, softened
- 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
- 1 21-ounce can cherry pie filling
DIRECTIONS
Beat the softened cream cheese, condensed milk, lemon juice and vanilla until well blended. Pour the mixture into the pie crust and chill it for 5 hours. Do no freeze the mixture. Pour the cherry pie filling over the top. Serve.FRESH CHERRY CRISPÂ RECIPE

- 4 cups sour cherries, pitted
- 1 ½ cups sugar, granulated
- 4 tbs. All-purpose flour
- 1 ½ c. All-purpose flour
- 1 c. old-fashioned oats
- 1 c. brown sugar
- ½ c. butter
- ½ c. shortening
